Pen Mode :
Capture your notes and diagrams remotely when away from your PC or notebook
The digital pen and EZNotetaker base unit capture natural handwriting and diagrams while writing on an A4 size paper or note pad. Once you have captures and saved your notes in the Note Manager Software included, you can back them up and recycle your papers. Notes can then be edited and converted to editable typed text with the MyScript recognition software included. The converted text can be exported straight into Applications such as MS Outlook, Notepad and MS Word. |

Mouse Mode :
This mode turns EZNotetaker into a mouse with hovering and 2 button functionality when the base unit connected with the PC. In mouse mode, you can write directly into windows journal, and other tablet pc applications usch as Ms One Note, MSN Messenger, MS Outlook and snipping tool. When connected, mouse mode speeds up the whole process between pen and mouse mode. If you have MS Vista, you have the extra feature of the digital ink handwriting software features included in MS office where you can handwrite directly onto office applications like MS Work and Windows Journal.

Online :
When the base unit is connected with the computer, while writing using the digital pen, the manuscript will be displayed real time on the computer monitor and in-turn over the screen when the LCD projector is connected to the computer. Same way, the application can be shared over web-conferencing platform for the attendees to see what is being written by the presenter. This feature is very useful for on-line meetings, conference room meetings, on-line learning, virtual learning environment etc. Not only that, end of the session the manuscript can be saved for repeat of sessions and sent to the meeting participants through email for their future references. |
