- How does it work?
On-line
mentoring ensures that you are well prepared for the
exam. After completing your studies, you enrol into
ePrep Online Mentoring service and as part of the
service, you receive a copy of Transcender Practice Test
at a discounted price and FREE online mentoring for 30
days from date of purchase. You may then decide to
continue with the mentoring facility by paying a monthly
subscription. Even if you decide not to continue with
the mentoring facility, you get to keep your copy of the
Transcender Practice Test.
How
do I enrol into ePrep?
You can
order on-line using your credit card or by phone on (03)
9012 5306 or use our on-line order form and fax the
order form to use. We accept all major credit cards and
cheques.
Joining
or leaving the on-line mentoring service?
On
enrolment, you pay enrolment fees as indicated in the
current price list. As part of the ePrep module, you
will receive a copy of the Transcender Exam Simulation
software and one month’s subscription to online
mentoring service. During this period, you can ask your
mentors questions regarding the exam that you are
undertaking. You can join or leave the mentoring service
any time for the specific exam after purchasing the
ePrep Module. There is no joining or exit fee.
Do
I have to complete any course before taking the
mentoring modules?
It is
recommended but not essential to complete an instructor
led course or self-study course prior to joining the
mentoring service. Our mentors will help to assess your
requirement to attend course especially for those
candidates who are already employed in related field.
Do
I need additional Preparation materials?
Certification tests demonstrate two things; a. You have
the knowledge of the subject and b. You have
demonstrated that knowledge by meeting the testing
requirements by passing and obtaining certificates. It
is important that candidates get acquainted with the
subject by attending course or performing self-study and
practicing.
What
preparation steps should I take?
Key to
success in Certification exams is having a sound
knowledge of the product and understand the key details.
Further it is important to know the style and scope of
the exam you are preparing for. So, if you new to the
field of the Certification exam, you may need to attend
the course. Most courses include practical labs to help
understand better. You could also take a path of Self
Study using widely available kits. These kits generally
include practical labs as well. Next step is to use
Transcender Exam Simulation software and practice before
taking the actual test.
